The Scheme

Designed with open streets, covered in part, the development will reflect the country’s rich architectural heritage of beautiful red brick, exposed timber, and soft red sandstone.

National multiple and local independent shops will combine harmoniously to create a venue for families to shop or eat, watch street entertainers and busker's or perhaps browse in the new Cheshire Food Hall which will form the focal point of the scheme’s upper level.

New Town Squares and Civic Spaces will provide a beautiful venue for festivals such as gingerbread or cheese making, local brass bands or farmers markets. Attractive soft landscaping and floral displays will create a place for all the family to enjoy throughout the year.

Of course, the ability to provide such attractions is underpinned by comparison shopping where the opportunity exists to occupy large footprint floor space. A range of sizes will be supported by 800 new car parking spaces, a new bus station and an improved highway infrastructure providing easy access from Crewe’s wealthy catchment right into the heart of the town’s new Centre.
