Delamere Place, Crewe will provide 460,000 sq ft of retail space, which will be anchored by an 85,000 sq ft Debenhams department store and a 40,000 sq ft store for BHS.

A further 49 units of various sizes will be provided along with 30,000 sq ft of office accommodation located in a landmark tower, 160 new style city style apartments, 770 car parking spaces and a new transport interchange.

Delamere Place will transform Crewe into a new retail destination when it opens in spring 2011.

Delamere Place is owned by Ciref Plc, a property investment and development company listed on the LSE AIM market.
